Two documents apply when you use this store and attend the festival. Switch between the tabs below to read the terms that apply when you shop on this site and when you attend the festival.
Platformmeans the Blankets & Wine e-commerce website / mobile application. Organizer means GoodTimes Entertainment Africa Limited. Customer / Purchaser / you means the person placing an order. Products means alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and any other goods made available on the platform. Order means the electronic confirmation generated by the platform on a successful transaction.
The Organizer may amend these Terms at any time; changes take effect on publication. Orders already confirmed are not affected unless variation is required by law or for safety reasons. Continued use of the platform after an update is acceptance of the updated Terms.
All Products supplied directly by Blankets & Wine will conform to their description, comply with applicable laws, and be of satisfactory quality and fitness for purpose. Alcoholic beverages are intended exclusively for adults. Where Products are supplied by Third-Party Vendors, Blankets & Wine acts as sales host and payment facilitator; the contract of sale is direct between the customer and that vendor.
The platform supports M-PESA, Visa, Mastercard and any other payment options the Organizer integrates. On successful purchase you receive an electronic confirmation with a QR code by email and/or SMS. On the day, present the QR plus a valid government-issued ID at the designated pick-up point.
Internet connectivity and a functional device are required to use the platform. The Organizer is not liable for losses caused by network failures, internet outages, or device malfunctions outside its control.
Products are either collected at the festival (or another designated venue) or delivered where delivery is offered. Collection is complete once the order is handed over against your QR + valid ID. Timelines provided are indicative; the Organizer is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, technical failures or third-party providers.
Failure to collect within the communicated window may result in cancellation without refund. Early collection or delivery before the notified time may not be accommodated.
An order is only deemed accepted once the platform issues an Order confirmation. Payment authorisation alone is not acceptance. If an order is not accepted, the payment authorisation is released or refunded as soon as reasonably practicable.
Once payment is successfully processed and confirmed, the customer may not cancel the order except where the platform explicitly permits it.
The sale of alcohol is strictly limited to persons who have attained the age of eighteen (18) years in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Customers must declare their age at order time and present valid government-issued ID at collection or delivery.
Alcohol will not be released to minors, persons who appear intoxicated, persons posing a safety risk, or to unattended premises.
Title to Products passes to the customer at collection or successful delivery, provided ID has been verified. Risk of loss or damage transfers at the same point. Where delivery is offered and Products are materially damaged or undelivered, the Organizer may at its discretion replace the items or refund the purchase price.
Customers are encouraged to notify Blankets & Wine of alleged damage or non-delivery within 12 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
Inspect Products immediately on delivery or collection. Claims for defective or non-conforming Products must be communicated within 12 hours, after which they will not be entertained. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are perishable and not covered by extended warranties.
Customers consume alcoholic beverages purchased via the platform at their own risk. The Organizer, its staff, and authorised vendors reserve the right to refuse sale, collection or delivery to any person who fails ID checks, appears intoxicated, or poses a safety risk.
Personal data is processed in compliance with applicable laws and only for legitimate purposes — facilitating orders, customer support, promotions, and service improvement. Consent to data collection is freely given and may be withdrawn in writing at any time. Promotional messages include an opt-out mechanism.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or consumption of Products. The Organizer is also not liable for force majeure events including strikes, acts of God, adverse weather, public unrest, confiscation, or regulatory action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. The Kenyan courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Disputes go to mediation first (14-day notice, completed within 60 days). If mediation fails, either party may go to court.
Notices required under these Terms may be communicated through the platform, by SMS to the mobile number provided at checkout, or by email to the address provided at checkout. For inquiries: orders@blanketsandwine.com.
— These are the binding terms in plain language. By placing an order you accept them. —
“Festival” means the Blankets & Wine festival and any associated activities. “Organiser” means GoodTimes Entertainment Limited and its officers, employees, authorised agents, partners, and contractors. “Festival Visitor” means a person who purchases a ticket or accesses the festival venue.
These Conditions govern all agreements relating to the purchase or use of festival products and services — admission tickets, packages, access credentials — bought through official sales channels.
By attending the festival you acknowledge that live events carry inherent risks (crowd density, loud music, weather, etc.) and you waive claims against the Organiser for loss or harm arising from those risks, save where the Organiser is grossly negligent.
The Organiser is not liable for failure to perform due to events outside its reasonable control — acts of God, strikes, public unrest, pandemics, regulatory action, fire, severe weather.
If the festival is cancelled or postponed, the Organiser's published refund / rollover policy applies. Communications about a change in dates, venue or programme are sent to the email and phone number registered on the ticket purchase.
The Organiser may restrict or refuse access to any area of the festival for safety, capacity, or compliance reasons. Hennessy Terrace and other reserved areas are accessed via separate credentials in addition to a festival ticket.
Festival Visitors must comply with all health, safety, and public-order rules in force on the day — including any directions from the Organiser's stewards, security, or medical staff.
Ticket holders are responsible for their own conduct and for safekeeping their tickets and personal belongings. The Organiser is not liable for lost or stolen tickets that have been used before the rightful holder presents them.
Behaviour that is illegal, disorderly, or that endangers others may result in immediate removal from the venue without refund. Bringing prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, professional recording equipment without permit) is grounds for refusal of entry.
By attending the festival you consent to being photographed and filmed for use in Blankets & Wine marketing, social media, and partner content. You can request your likeness be removed from a specific asset by writing to orders@blanketsandwine.com.
The Organiser's total liability to any Festival Visitor is capped at the value of the ticket purchased, save where liability cannot lawfully be limited (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Personal data collected at ticket purchase or on the day is processed in compliance with Kenya's data-protection laws. Data is used to administer the festival, communicate updates, and (with consent) for marketing.
Disputes are addressed first through mediation. If unresolved within 60 days of the notice, either party may proceed to the courts of Kenya.

These Terms govern reservations on the Hennessy Terrace — a reserved hospitality area at the Blankets & Wine festival on Saturday, 7 June 2026 at Laureate Gardens, Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani, Nairobi. They are issued and operated by GoodTimes Entertainment Africa Limited(“the Organiser”) in partnership with Hennessy (Moët Hennessy Africa) and Moët & Chandon (“the Hennessy Partners”). They apply in addition to the Festival T&Cs and the E-Commerce Platform T&Cs published on this site, and prevail over those documents only in respect of matters specific to the Terrace.
The Terrace is sold in four pre-defined packages — The Toast, The Round, The Circle, and The Reserve— each with a fixed number of seats, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, a meat platter, shisha, dedicated hostess and waiter service, and car passes. The exact inclusions for each package are listed on the Terrace page at the time of purchase and form part of these Terms. Inclusions may be substituted by the Organiser, at the Organiser's discretion, with an item of equivalent or greater value if the original item is unavailable for reasons beyond the Organiser's reasonable control.
A reservation is confirmed only when full payment for the package has cleared. Deposits, instalments and part-payments are not accepted. Until payment clears, any table held against an order remains available for sale to other customers. Payment is in KESvia M-Pesa or Visa / Mastercard through the Organiser's payment gateway.
On successful payment the Customer receives a confirmation by email containing the package details, the table number, and a unique order reference. The table number is final and may not be changed by the Customer after payment.
The Terrace seats 150 guests across 21 tables. The Reserve tables (T01–T03) sit at the front of the Terrace, closest to the stage, and are pre-assigned in the order Reserve payments clear. All other packages are assigned to the remaining tables (T04–T21) in the order their payments clear. Earlier bookings sit closer to the stage. The Organiser reserves the right to adjust table assignments before the event for operational, safety, or capacity reasons; affected Customers will be notified in advance.
A Terrace reservation does not include admission to the Blankets & Wine festival. Every guest who intends to use a seat on the Terrace must independently hold a valid festival ticket purchased through the official Blankets & Wine ticketing channels. Festival tickets are scanned at the gate to issue a wristband; without a wristband, guests will not be admitted to the venue and therefore will not reach the Terrace. The Organiser is not responsible for guests refused entry to the festival for any reason.
The Customer who pays for the table is the “buyer”. The buyer is responsible for communicating the table number to every guest in their party prior to arrival. The Hennessy Terrace host admits guests to the table by table number — any guest who arrives at the Hennessy Terrace and correctly quotes the table number will be admitted, whether the buyer is present or not, and whether the guest is named on the reservation or not.
The buyer assumes responsibility for the conduct of all guests they admit to the table. The Organiser is not liable for disputes between the buyer and their guests.
Once payment has cleared, reservations may not be cancelled by the Customer except where the Organiser expressly permits. Cancellations requested in writing more than fourteen (14) days before the event may, at the Organiser's discretion, be refunded less a 25% administrative fee. Cancellations requested within fourteen (14) days of the event are not refundable.
Reservations may not be resold or transferred to a third party for value without the Organiser's prior written consent.
If the Organiser cancels or postpones the event for any reason, the Customer is entitled to a full refundof the package price (less any processing fees retained by the payment provider), or, at the Customer's election, to roll the reservation onto a rescheduled date.
The Hennessy Terrace is reserved for guests aged eighteen (18) years and over. The Organiser's staff and security may request valid government-issued identification at the gate, at the Terrace entrance, or at any time during the event. Guests who cannot produce ID, or who appear intoxicated, or who otherwise pose a risk to themselves or others, may be refused service or removed from the Terrace without refund.
Alcohol is served in accordance with the laws of Kenya. The Hennessy Partners and the Organiser reserve the right to limit the rate or quantity of service at any table for the safety of guests.
The alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages included in the package are set up on the table before the guests arrive. Additional beverages purchased through the Online Bar are released by the dedicated waiter on presentation of the relevant QR code on the order receipt. Unconsumed alcohol may not be removed from the venue— this is a condition of the festival's licensing.
Guests are expected to behave in a manner consistent with a hospitality setting. Behaviour that endangers other guests, staff, performers or property — including but not limited to physical violence, harassment, vandalism, or the use of illegal substances — is grounds for immediate removal from the Terrace and the venue without refund.
The buyer is liable for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement of any furniture, equipment, or branding damaged by the party beyond ordinary wear and tear.
By entering the Hennessy Terrace, guests consent to being photographed or filmed by official photographers commissioned by the Organiser, Hennessy, or Moët & Chandon for use in event recap, marketing, social media, and partner content. A guest who does not wish to be featured in a specific asset may write to orders@blanketsandwine.com identifying the asset and the request will be reviewed.
The Organiser is not liable for failure or delay in performance arising from events outside its reasonable control — including acts of God, severe weather, fire, public unrest, strike, pandemic, regulatory action, withdrawal of a venue licence, or the unavailability of a headline performer. In a force-majeure cancellation the refund / rollover policy in clause vii applies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser's total aggregate liability to a Customer in respect of a Terrace reservation is capped at the price actually paid for that reservation. The Organiser is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses — including loss of enjoyment, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising in connection with the Terrace, save where such liability cannot lawfully be limited under the laws of Kenya.
Personal data collected at the time of purchase is processed in accordance with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, and the Organiser's Privacy Policy. By placing a reservation the Customer consents to receiving operational communications (booking confirmation, table number, day-of-event instructions, refund correspondence) at the email and phone number provided. Marketing communications are sent only with the Customer's consent and may be unsubscribed from at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. The Kenyan courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with the Terrace. Disputes are addressed first through good-faith mediation (a 14-day notice period, completion within 60 days) before either party may proceed to litigation.
