Every table — all 21 of them — sits inside the Hennessy Terrace: a dedicated reserved area to the left of the stage. The three Reserve tables go at the front of the Terrace (closest to the stage), and the other eighteen fill the rows behind them in booking order. The rest of the venue — between the Terrace and the stage, and out to the right — is the General Festival Area: standing room, food, bars and stage-side activity.

No. Reserving a table at the Hennessy Terrace covers the table, the hospitality and the package drinks — it does not get you onto the festival site. Your festival ticketis sold separately and arrives in a separate email; it's what's scanned at the gate to become a wristband. Bring both: the wristband for the gate, the table receipt for the Terrace host. Make sure every guest in your party has their own festival ticket.
That's expected — most do. The buyer pays for the table, but anyone in the party can claim it. Each guest enters the festival on their own ticket, then walks up to the Hennessy Terrace host and quotes the table number. The host ticks them off the list and walks them in, whether they're first or last to arrive. Tell your party the table number ahead of time — the receipt has a one-tap WhatsApp share button for exactly this.
Your package drinks are already on the tablewhen you sit down — the cognac, champagne and mixers listed under your package. No ordering, no waiting. A dedicated waiter is assigned to your table for the night for anything else. If you've pre-paid extra bottles via the online Bar, your waiter scans the QR on your receipt to release those too.
Reservations close on June 4, 2026 at 23:59 EAT. No bookings after that — the floor plan locks three days before the event so the operations team can finalise set-up. Earlier is better: non-Reserve tables are assigned by booking order.
Non-Reserve tables share one floor. Table numbers are assigned in the order payments clear. So if you book The Toast (4 seats) early, you get a better-positioned table than someone who books The Circle (10 seats) two days before the show. Reserve tables are the exception — those are pre-assigned on the elevated Hennessy Terrace, stage-left.
The Reserve is the only package with confirmed, pre-assigned seating. Three tables sit on the elevated Hennessy Terrace platform to the left of the stage (T01, T02, T03) — slightly raised, looking onto the show from stage-left — and they're reserved exclusively for guests who book this tier.

The Toast and The Reserve include 1 car pass. The Round includes 2. The Circle includes 3. Each pass admits one allocated vehicle to the on-site parking.
Full refunds within 14 days, or your reservation rolls to the rescheduled date — your choice. Refund processing time is 5–7 business days via M-Pesa or card.
